Delhi: AAP demands de-registration of similarly named party; HC seeks EC stand

The Delhi High Court on Thursday demanded response of the Election Commission (EC) on a plea filed by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) against the poll panel's decision to reject its opposition on registration of the 'Aapki Apni Party (Peoples)' as a political party.
