Delhi HC directs CBI to maintain status quo on proceedings against spl director Rakesh Asthana till Nov 1

The Delhi High Court on Monday directing the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), said status quo on proceedings against its Special Director Rakesh Asthana, who was sent on leave by the government, should be maintained till November 1.
