Jammu and Kashmir: Encounter between security forces, terrorists underway in Kulgam

An encounter between security forces and terrorists broke out in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam early Tuesday. The encounter was reported from Redwani area. Some militants are believed to be trapped.
