Rajya Sabha to vote on triple talaq bill today; parties led by Congress all set to oppose it

The Triple Talaq bill that makes the practice of instant divorce among Muslims a criminal offence with a provision of three-year jail term for the erring husband is all set to be tabled in the Rajya Sabha on Monday by Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad.
