Delhi: Air quality remains ‘poor’, light rains likely during day

Delhi woke up to a cold morning on Wednesday as the minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 5.2 degrees Celsius, four notches below normal, the Met said. Light rains are likely in the city during the day, it said.
