Rahul Gandhi meets Parrikar hours after attacking Goa CM over Rafale deal

Making a surprise visit to the Goa Assembly, Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday met ailing Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar in his official chamber. Commenting on the meeting, leader of Opposition Chandrakant Kavlekar said, "He met the Chief Minister, talked to him for five minutes enquiring about his health.”
