This is the Lok Sabha election period; Govt's Agencies are Proactive and EC is just Reactive? We can see the government agencies action and other hand Election commission action in this Lok Sabha election 2019. The NIA and Income-tax are in a proactive mode and other hands EC only react after the supreme court acknowledgement. Where is the power of EC's ???
