Businessman Ratul Puri on Friday filed a regular bail plea in the MoserBaer bank fraud case. Special CBI Judge Sanjay Garg has issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate seeking its reply on the plea filed by Puri through his counsel Vijay Aggarwal.
