The Delhi Traffic Police have issued an advisory as Delhiites prepare to celebrate New Year. The diversions will be put in place to allow smooth flow and regulation of traffic throughout the national capital, said the police, adding there will be well-laid arrangements covering the entire national capital where such celebrations shall be organised.
