At least three rescuers were trapped after a three-storey building collapsed in Jammu city early Wednesday. The incident was reported while the fire department personnel were trying to put out a blaze in the city, officials said. The building, housing a sawmill on the ground floor, collapsed during firefighting in Golepulli area, they said.
