At least 12 members who are associated with Tablighi Jamaat have tested coronavirus positive in Lucknow. The development has surfaced from Lucknow's Sadar Bazar after the district authorities sealed the area as one of the measures to contain COVID-19 cases in the state. Uttar Pradesh coronavirus confirmed cases are currently at 227 including 2 deaths while 19 people have recovered after getting affected to the deadly virus. Meanwhile, India COVID-19 positive cases toll is at 4,067 including 109 deaths while 292 people have recovered after getting infected from the viral disease. The country is under a 21-day lockdown period after PM Modi on March 24 appealed to people to remain indoors and maintain social distancing in order to contain the virus from spreading further. It's the 13th day today of the nation-wide lockdown that is expected to be lifted by April 15.
