People's Liberation Army (PLA) troops late on Sunday violated the previous consensus arrived at during military and diplomatic engagements, following a standoff in Eastern Ladakh. According to Army's PRO Col Aman Anand, the PLA troops carried out provocative military movements to change the status quo.
