'Playing with fire': Supreme Court slams Punjab Governor over delay in assent of bills

The Supreme Court on Friday attacked Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit for not clearing bills passed by the state assembly.  A bench, headed by CJI D.Y. Chandrachud and Justices J.B. Pardiwala and Manoj Misra was hearing the matter.
