Debt-ridden Himachal Pradesh to bring back lottery after 27 years: How the new system will work?

As it deals with a financial crisis, the Himachal Pradesh government has decided to reintroduce lotteries in the state after over two decades, aiming to generate Rs 50 crore in annual revenue. For this purpose, the government has also issued an e-tender to appoint a sole selling agent responsible for the sale of paper and online tickets.
