Red warning for Delhi as IMD forecasts heavy rain, orange warnings issued for UP, MP and other states

The India Meteorological Department has issued district-wise nowcast warnings for the next two to three hours, with a red warning in Delhi and orange warnings across parts of Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Uttarakhand.
